Summary

Add a lead log entry to Leadify for campaign tracking

Inputs

• logData (required) — JSON payload describing the log entry (e.g., campaign slug, lead ID, action, level, workflow details).
• additionalFields — Optional collection of extra fields to attach to the request (e.g., timeout, metadata).
• requestOptions — Node settings that affect the HTTP request (batching, proxy, SSL options, timeout, etc.).

Output shape

a single lead log record

Returns the created log entry with generated ID and timestamps; may include additional metadata.
