Trigger on specified Bosta delivery events and optionally filter by city or business reference, emitting delivery data with optional tracking details.

Inputs

• Trigger Event (required) — Select the delivery event to trigger the webhook on, such as creation, transit, delivery success, failure, cancellation, return, exception, or all events.
• Filter by City — Optionally restrict triggers to deliveries associated with a specific city.
• Filter by Business Reference — Optionally restrict triggers to deliveries that match a specific business reference.
• Include Tracking Details — Choose whether to include the full tracking history of the delivery in the webhook payload.

Output shape

a list with one item containing a JSON object describing the delivery event, including event type, delivery details, optional tracking information, and a timestamp

If the event received does not match the selected trigger event or fails the optional city or business reference filters, the webhook emits no data. The full tracking history is included only if requested and available. The webhook supports all standard Bosta delivery status changes.
