Chat Model with Reasoning

Exposes an OpenAI-compatible chat model endpoint that supports extended reasoning and can include the model's thinking process in the output wrapped in tags.

• Default · Default — Provides a chat language model for an AI Agent or AI Chain, using a selected OpenAI-compatible model endpoint. Optionally enables extended reasoning and can include returned reasoning text in the model output wrapped in tags.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter @bruno_groehs/n8n-nodes-chatmodel-reasoning.
