Custom CYF nodes

These are custom nodes that CYF uses to make writing workflows easier.
They can be tested locally by following the procedure described in ../README.md.

However, to deploy them to production, we need to publish them to npm.
Since we don't want people to know that CYF uses n8n, we publish them to @bytebardsoftware, @Borja Lorente's org.
Please let him know if you need a new version of the node deployed.
