Inputs

• Event (required) — Select the Carbon Voice event to trigger on, such as new message received, voice memo posted, label added to message, AI response generated, or action item changes.
• Workspace Name or ID — Optionally restrict events to a specific workspace or all workspaces (if applicable to the event).
• Folder Names or IDs — For voice memo events, optionally restrict to one or more folders by name or ID.
• Conversation Name or ID — For conversation-related events, specify the conversation to watch.
• Label Name or ID — For label added events, specify which label to watch.
• AI Prompt Name or ID — For AI response events, specify the AI prompt or system prompt to monitor.
• Container Type — For action item events, optionally restrict by container type like conversation or folder.
• Assigned To Name or ID — Optionally filter action items assigned to a specific user.
• Creator Name or ID — Optionally filter action items created by a specific user.
• Status — For action item status changed events, optionally trigger only when status changes to specified value.
