Summary

Convert each input item's specified data buffer array into a base64-encoded string and append it under a user-defined field in the output JSON.

Inputs

• Data Buffer Array (required) — JSON array representing the data buffer to encode in base64 format for each input item.
• Output Fieldname — The field name under which to store the resulting base64 string in each output item's JSON. Defaults to 'base64String'.

Output shape

A list of items, each containing the original JSON with an added field holding the base64-encoded string of the input data buffer array.

Processes each input item independently; if errors occur and 'Continue On Fail' is enabled, errors are attached to respective items. The output preserves the original input data with the new base64 string field appended.
