Omnitelecom

Manage telephony campaign operations in Omnitelecom including call initiation, blacklist management, and interaction with the dialer system to organize and control communication workflows.

• Blacklist · Add to Blacklist — Add a phone number to the Omnitelecom blacklist, either globally or restricted to a specified campaign.
• Blacklist · Get Blacklist — Retrieve the current list of blacklisted numbers from Omnitelecom's blacklist resource, with optional request settings for batching, proxy, SSL handling, and timeout.
• Blacklist · Remove From Blacklist — Remove a specific blacklist record by its UUID from the Omnitelecom blacklist.
• Blacklist · Insert Numbers to Campaign — Insert a phone number into a specified campaign's blacklist by providing the campaign UUID, an external identifier, and the phone number.
• clickToCall · Make Call — Make a click-to-call call by specifying source and destination phone numbers and optionally selecting a replay option.
• Dialer · Push to Dialer — Pushes a phone call to the Omnitelecom dialer system by specifying a unique external ID, campaign UUID, and the target phone number.

Omnitelecom Trigger

Receive real-time webhooks from Omnitelecom to monitor agent activity and trigger workflows based on specific event notifications.

• Default · Default — Listen for specified real-time agent events from Omnitelecom via webhook to trigger workflow executions based on agent activity.

Credentials

This package requires authentication to access Omnitelecom's API services. Ensure valid API credentials are configured to enable authorized requests and webhook handling.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter @digital-boss/n8n-nodes-omnitelecom. See the n8n community nodes installation guide.
