360Messenger WhatsApp Polling
AI-generatedSummary
Polls the 360Messenger API on a schedule for new incoming WhatsApp messages and emits each new one as a workflow item. Intended as a trigger when a public webhook isn't available.
Inputs
- pollTimes — One or more schedule entries controlling when polling runs. Each has a Mode (every minute, hour, day, week, month, every X minutes/hours, or custom cron). Depending on mode it also takes Hour, Minute, Day of Month, Weekday, Value and Unit, or a Cron Expression. Defaults to every minute.
- filter — Restricts messages to All Messages, Private Messages Only (no groupId), or Group Messages Only (has groupId). Default is all.
- fromFilter — Sender phone number (e.g. 447488888888). Only messages whose
fromexactly matches are returned. Leave empty for all. Shown only when Filter is All or Private.
Output shape
A list of items, one per new message. Each item's json contains id, from, to, type, message (the chat text), groupId (or null), isGroup, fileUrl (or null), createdAt, and raw (the original API object). When there are no new messages, the trigger emits nothing for that poll.
Each poll calls GET /v2/message/receivedMessages with the credential's API key and filters client-side. It keeps only messages whose createdAt is later than the last poll time, which is stored in workflow static data. On the first run it looks back one hour. The last-run time is updated on every poll, even when nothing matched. Messages with a missing or unparseable createdAt are skipped. Requires the whatsApp360MessengerApi credential.
