WhatsApp API TriggerInstall

Summary

Listen for specified WhatsApp API events via a webhook to receive real-time notifications such as messages received, delivered, read, or session status changes.

Inputs

• Session ID (required) — The WhatsApp session ID to receive messages from.
• Event Types — The specific WhatsApp event types to trigger on, such as message:received, message:delivered, qr:updated, etc. Multiple can be selected; defaults to message:received.

Output shape

a list of event objects as JSON, each representing an incoming WhatsApp event matching the selected event types.

If no events are selected or the received event does not match selected types, the node returns an empty result (no data emitted). The node expects webhook POST requests containing event data and outputs matching event payloads to downstream nodes.
