Kajabi Contact TriggerInstall

Summary

Poll Kajabi for newly created or updated contacts based on the selected event and emit matching contacts as output items during a workflow trigger.

Inputs

• Authentication (required) — Choose between OAuth2 or API Key to authenticate with Kajabi.
• Event (required) — Select the event to trigger on: either newly created contacts or updated contacts (updated includes newly created due to having updated_at).
• Page Size — Set the maximum number of contacts to fetch per poll (up to 100).
• Trigger On Existing Items — Decide whether to emit existing matching contacts on the first poll or only new/updated ones after activation.
• Options.Flatten Response — Choose whether to flatten nested contact attributes into dot.path keys for simpler output.
• Options.Site ID Filter — Filter polling to a specific Kajabi site ID (recommended for multi-site accounts).
• Poll Times — Define custom scheduling for polling times (frequency like every minute, hour, day, week, month, or custom cron).

Output shape

a list of contact items matching the selected event with attributes from Kajabi's contacts API

Each output item represents a contact retrieved from Kajabi during polling. On first poll, if 'Trigger On Existing Items' is false, no data is emitted and the polling cursor is initialized. The output can optionally have nested attributes flattened based on options. Pagination is limited by the Page Size (max 100). De-duplication is handled internally to avoid repeated items across polls.
