An n8n community node for Agent Margin Router – one pay-per-call API that gives your agents and workflows 39 web, on-chain and market-data tools behind a single endpoint, billed per call with x402 micropayments (USDC/USDT on Base).

n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation platform.

Installation

Follow the community nodes installation guide in the n8n docs.

  1. In n8n go to Settings > Community Nodes.
  2. Select Install.
  3. Enter n8n-nodes-agent-margin-router and confirm.

Operations

The node exposes one operation per Agent Margin Router endpoint (39 total), including:

  • Web & content: Web Search, Web Crawl, Extract Clean, HTML to Markdown, PDF Text, URL Status, SEO Check, RSS Feed, News Search, HN Search, Reddit Search, Wikipedia Summary, arXiv Search, YouTube Transcript, GitHub Repo Summary
  • On-chain & DeFi: Best Price, Gas Fees, Wallet Balance, ERC20 Balance, Tx Status, DEX Price, ENS Resolve, DeFi Yields, DeFi TVL, Contract Info, Agent Wallet Snapshot
  • Market data: Token Price, Crypto OHLCV, Market Spread, Fear & Greed, Currency Convert
  • Utility: Email Validate, DNS WHOIS, DNS Lookup, Domain RDAP, Geo IP, Geocode, npm Package, PyPI Package

Each operation shows its required inputs as typed fields plus an Additional Fields collection for optional parameters.

Credentials

Create an Agent Margin Router API credential with:

  • Base URL – defaults to the hosted router (https://agent-margin-router-production.up.railway.app).
  • API Key – sent as X-API-KEY. Ties usage and billing to the wallet that owns the key.
  • Wallet Address – a 0x... address sent as X-WALLET, granting the free tier (3 calls per wallet, no signup). Ignored when an API Key is set.

With neither, calls run anonymously under a stricter per-IP limit.

Pricing & payments

The free tier allows 3 calls per wallet. After that the API returns HTTP 402 with the payment requirements. This node does not sign or settle payments on-chain automatically; instead it surfaces the accepts payment details in the item output so you can pay via x402 (or top up a funded API key) and retry.

Use as an AI Agent tool

This node is marked usableAsTool, so it can be attached directly to the n8n AI Agent node – the agent can call any of the 39 tools on demand.
