WhatsApp Data Lookup for n8n

Use WhatsApp Data Lookup directly in n8n through the hosted
apivault_labs/whatsapp-data-lookup Apify Actor.

The package is a thin workflow connector. It contains no private scraper implementation,
embedded credentials or datasets. Runs use your own Apify API token and return every
Dataset row as a separate n8n item. The node can also be used as an AI tool.

Setup

Install n8n-nodes-apivault-whatsapp-lookup as an n8n community node, create an Apify API credential,
and paste your token from Apify Console → Settings → Integrations.

Inputs

  • phoneNumbers — Phone numbers
  • numbersText — …or paste a list / CSV column
  • fileUrl — …or upload a CSV / TXT file
  • defaultCountry — Default country (for numbers without +)
  • businessEnrichment — Business / about enrichment
  • onlyValid — Return only valid numbers (deprecated)
  • onlyWhatsappRegistered — Return only WhatsApp-registered numbers (deprecated)
  • concurrency — Concurrency
  • timeoutSeconds — Per-request timeout (seconds)
  • exportFormat — Export format

Advanced users can send newly added or uncommon Actor fields through
Additional Actor Input (JSON) without waiting for a package update.

Security

The Apify token is stored by n8n credentials and sent only to api.apify.com.
