AppPay TriggerInstall

Summary

Listen for specified AppPay.ai payment events and trigger the workflow when such events occur.

Inputs

• Event (required) — The type of payment event to trigger on. Options include 'Payment Updated', 'Payment Completed', 'Payment Cancelled', 'Payment Expired', or 'All Events' (wildcard for any event).

Output shape

An array of workflow items, each containing JSON with details about the payment event including event type, payment ID, status, amount, currency, transaction hashes, metadata, and timestamps.

If the trigger is set to a specific event, it only returns data when that event occurs; if set to 'All Events', it triggers on any payment event. If the webhook payload is invalid or the event does not match the selected trigger (when not using '*'), no data is returned.

Examples

Example 1: Trigger on Payment Completed events

Set the Event parameter to 'Payment Completed' to run the workflow only when payments complete.

Example 2: Trigger on any payment event

Set the Event parameter to 'All Events' to run the workflow on all AppPay payment-related events.
