n8n-nodes-bing-copilot-api
An n8n community node for the Bing Copilot AI Answers API on Apify. It resolves any query to Bing Copilot's AI answer: the headline, the full answer as markdown and structured text blocks, every cited source, and an optional brand-mention check, all as clean structured data. Built for answer engine optimization (AEO), AI brand monitoring, and AI citation tracking.
Backed by the Apify Actor Bing Copilot AI Answers API. It is the Bing engine in a four-part AEO suite alongside Google AI Overview, Naver AI Overview, and Brave AI Mode.
Installation
In your self-hosted n8n:
- Go to Settings > Community Nodes.
- Select Install.
- Enter
n8n-nodes-bing-copilot-apiand confirm.
The node also works as an AI Agent tool.
Credentials
You need an Apify API token. Create a free Apify account at apify.com, then copy your token from Settings > Integrations in the Apify Console. In n8n, add an Apify API credential and paste the token. OAuth2 is also supported.
Operations
Answer > Resolve - return Bing Copilot's AI answer for a query, with its cited sources and an optional brand-mention check, one item per answer.
Input parameters

Output
Choose how much data to return with the Output parameter:
- Simplified (default): a compact, LLM-friendly object.
- Raw: every field the API returns.
- Selected Fields: pick exactly which fields you want.

Example workflows
Weekly AEO brand monitor. Schedule Trigger (weekly) > Bing Copilot AI Answers (Resolve your top buying-intent questions, Brand to Track: your brand) > Filter (brandMentioned is false) > Slack. Get alerted when Copilot stops citing your brand.
Citation source report. Schedule Trigger > Bing Copilot AI Answers (Resolve category queries) > Item Lists (split out references) > Google Sheets. Track which domains Microsoft's answer engine trusts for your category.
