• Client Activity · Create — Create a client activity record linked to a specific opportunity in Builder Prime CRM, specifying its type, description, call outcome (if a call), and the datetime when it occurred.
• Employee · Get — Retrieve detailed information about a specific employee by their unique Employee ID.
• Employee · Get Many — Retrieve multiple employee records from Builder Prime CRM, either all available or up to a specified limit.
• Lead · Create — Create a new lead (opportunity) in Builder Prime by specifying various lead details as input fields, including address, contact information, status, source, custom fields, and related project or sales person details.
• Lead · Get Many — Retrieve multiple leads from Builder Prime CRM, optionally applying filters and limiting the number of results.

Builder Prime Trigger

Enable automation by polling Builder Prime for changes in project pipeline stages, triggering workflows upon pipeline stage updates to reflect project status transitions.

• Default · Default — Polls Builder Prime API at configured intervals to detect projects whose pipeline stages have changed since the last poll, emitting data on those projects with status changes.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-builderprime.
