Summary

Caplena Trigger node polls Caplena for new projects, new rows in a project, or updated projects and emits the changed objects.

Inputs

The trigger has a single main output. Each time a matching event is found during polling, the node emits an item containing the full Caplena object (project or row) as JSON in the item.json field.

Examples

Example 1: Start a workflow when a new project is created in Caplena

Set Trigger On = New Project, leave Project ID empty, keep default Poll Interval (5 minutes).

Example 2: Process every new row added to a specific project

Set Trigger On = New Row, provide the Project ID to monitor, keep default Poll Interval (5 minutes).

Example 3: React when any project is updated

Set Trigger On = Updated Project, Poll Interval can be adjusted to balance responsiveness vs API usage.
