An n8n community node that runs the Casa.it Scraper — Italy Real Estate Listings Apify
actor directly inside your workflow. Scrape Casa.it Italian real estate listings from search-result URLs. Returns price, rooms, surface, energy class, district/block geo rollup, publisher and media. No proxy needed. Pay per listing.

The actor runs on your own Apify account and usage — this node never embeds anyone else's token.

Installation

1. In n8n: Settings → Community Nodes → Install.
2. Enter the package name n8n-nodes-casa-properties-scraper and confirm.
3. Get a free Apify API token at console.apify.com → Settings → Integrations.

Usage

1. Add the Casa.it Scraper — Italy Real Estate Listings node to your workflow.
2. In the node's Credentials, add your Apify API token (or connect via OAuth2).
3. Fill the actor's input fields (the node surfaces them as a form) and run.

To run on a schedule, put a Schedule Trigger in front of the node.
