Summary

Send a message via the Chatsuru API to a WhatsApp instance.

Inputs

• message (required) — The message text to send.
• phone — Recipient phone number.
• help_desk_id — Help Desk identifier.
• name — Contact name.
• close_session — Close the session after sending the message.
• channel_id — Channel identifier.
• status — Agent status: '', 'bot', 'closed', or 'waiting'.
• buttons — JSON array of button definitions; parsed from string input.
• tags — Comma-separated tag IDs to associate with the message.

Output shape

The JSON response from the Chatsuru API containing the sent message's details.

The operation posts to https://blubots.com/api/v1/send/message/ with an authenticated Token header. Buttons are parsed as JSON; invalid JSON throws an error. Tags are split by comma, trimmed, and filtered of empty values. All optional parameters are only included in the request body when provided.
