🚀 Funcionalidades Principais

O pacote disponibiliza dois nós no n8n:

  1. Konan Chatwoot (Node Principal de Ações)
  2. Konan Chatwoot Trigger (Node de Disparo por Webhook)

⚙️ Configuração de Credenciais

Para utilizar os nós no n8n, crie a credencial Konan Chatwoot API preenchendo:

  1. Base URL: Endereço da sua instância Chatwoot (ex.: https://app.chatwoot.com ou https://chatwoot.suaempresa.com).
  2. Account ID: O ID numérico da sua conta no Chatwoot (encontrado na URL da conta).
  3. API Access Token: O token obtido em Profile Settings no canto inferior esquerdo do painel do Chatwoot.

A autenticação é injetada automaticamente via HTTP Header api_access_token.
