n8n-nodes-company-registry-lookup
An n8n community node for the Apify Actor
Company Registry Lookup, 7 Countries.
Look up a company in seven national business registers and get one row back in the same
shape every time. Czechia, Estonia, Finland, France, Norway, Poland and Slovakia.
Install
In n8n, go to Settings, then Community nodes, then Install, and enter:

Credentials
The node uses an Apify API token. Get one at
https://console.apify.com/settings/integrations and paste it into the Apify API
credential in n8n. OAuth2 also works if you prefer it.
What the node does
One operation. You give it a list of company names or registration numbers, it reads the
official register in each country you selected, and it writes one row per company.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Companies to look up | A name or a registration number. Put a country code in front, like cz:27074358, to search one register only |
| Countries to search | Which registers to read. Fewer countries means fewer requests |
| Maximum companies per query | A name search can match many companies. This caps how many come back |
| Only active companies | Drops companies the register marks as dissolved |
Output is 28 fields per company, the same names in every country.
Cost
The node runs the Actor on your own Apify account, so the Actor pricing applies. $0.01
when a run starts, charged only if the run returns at least one company. $0.01 per company
record.
