Summary

Trigger workflows on Instagram webhook events delivered via Conecta, filtering and processing various event types such as messages, reactions, postbacks, referrals, reads, edits, disappearing media, comments, and mentions.

Inputs

• Events (required) — Select one or more Instagram event types that will activate the workflow, such as messages, comments, message reactions, postbacks, etc.
• Ignore Own Messages — Optionally ignore events generated by the account itself for 'messages' or 'comments' events.
• Validate Token — Enable to validate the incoming webhook's Authorization header token against a configured expected token.
• Expected Token — The expected Bearer token to validate against when 'Validate Token' is enabled.
• Include Raw Data — Include the original, unprocessed payload data in the output.
• Options — Collection of optional settings: Format Timestamps to add ISO/local date strings; Add Metadata to include processing info; Filter Deleted Messages to ignore messages marked as deleted; Filter Unsupported Messages to ignore unsupported messages.

Output shape

Nine output branches, each with multiple items containing one event JSON object per item corresponding to the selected event types.

Outputs are mapped into fixed branches by event type index: messages (0), message_reactions (1), messaging_postbacks (2), messaging_referrals (3), message_reads (4), message_edit (5), disappearing_media (6), comments (7), mentions (8). Events not matching selected types or filtered are skipped. Each JSON item contains standardized fields as processed from the webhook payload, optionally including raw data and metadata depending on settings.
