Cred Sync

Manage and synchronize n8n users, credentials, and workflows remotely via SSH with access to the underlying Dockerized database and containers. This node handles automatic detection of database types and enables secure sharing of credentials and workflows as well as user role management.

• Default · Default — Interact with n8n's underlying Dockerized database and containers over SSH to manage users, credentials, and workflows securely, supporting PostgreSQL or SQLite. Automatically detects the database type unless specified, connects to the relevant containers, and performs operations such as listing users, sharing credentials, changing user roles, and sharing workflows.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-cred-sync.
