Integrates with AMIS MISA, a Vietnamese enterprise ERP system, to read financial and inventory data for manufacturing and supply chain workflows.

Nodes & Operations

AMIS MISA

Provides access to AMIS MISA data for customers, orders, vouchers, inventory, stock, and process execution. Each node fetches and normalizes records from AMIS MISA into n8n items.

• Customer · Get Many — Fetches customer records from AMIS MISA using paginated requests and returns each record as an n8n item, normalized to the node’s customer columns. Supports quick search, active-status filtering, sorting, and raw AMIS filters; it does not modify customer data.
• Inward Order · Get Details By Ref Nos — Fetches inward order details from AMIS MISA for each supplied reference number and emits normalized detail rows, including order metadata and item information.
• Outward Order · Get Details By Ref Nos — Fetches outward order details for the supplied reference numbers and returns one n8n item per order detail unit. It looks up each order in AMIS MISA, requests its detail record, and expands each detail line into individual items according to its quantity.
• Inward Voucher · Get Many With Details — Fetches paginated inward voucher headers from AMIS MISA, requests each voucher’s details, and emits one n8n item per unit of quantity for each detail line. Each output includes voucher metadata and item fields, including reference number and date, account object, stock, inward type, description, item code and name, quantity, and optional PI, declaration, and invoice numbers.
• Outward Voucher · Get Many With Details — Fetches paginated AMIS MISA outward voucher headers, requests each voucher’s details, then expands detail lines into n8n output items. Lines with serial details produce one item per serial; otherwise, the line is repeated once per whole unit of quantity.
• Transfer Voucher · Get Many With Details — Fetches paginated transfer voucher headers from AMIS MISA, requests each voucher’s details, and outputs rows expanded by item and, when present, serial number. Use the filters and paging controls to narrow the vouchers before detail requests are made.
• Item · Get Many — Fetches AMIS MISA inventory items in pages, applying optional item, balance, and active-status filters. Returns one n8n item per record with a normalized set of inventory fields, including code, name, unit, balance, and inactive status.
• Stock · Get Many — Fetches AMIS MISA stock records across pages and returns each record as an n8n item with the configured stock fields. Optionally filters by user ID or AMIS filter JSON and sorts the results.
• Inventory Report · Get Serial Balance Detail — Fetches AMIS MISA’s serial balance detail report for a date range, polls while the report is processed by a worker, and returns one n8n item per serial detail row with warehouse, item, voucher, and quantity fields.
• Process · Get Many — Fetches paginated AMIS MISA process runs using the selected filters and returns one n8n item per run, with process fields normalized and a readable statusText added.
• Process · Get Detail By ID — Fetches AMIS MISA process details for each supplied ProcessExecutionID and returns one n8n item per ID. Enter IDs on separate lines or separate them with commas or semicolons; the request uses the configured AMIS MISA credentials.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-dk-msa.
