n8n-nodes-eutexa

This is an n8n community node. It lets you use Eutexa CRM in your n8n workflows.

Eutexa is a CRM: contacts, companies, deals in pipelines, tasks, support tickets, products, invoices, meetings, email sequences and an AI Co-Pilot.

n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation platform.

Installation

Follow the installation guide in the n8n community nodes documentation.

In short, from your n8n instance: Settings → Community Nodes → Install, then enter n8n-nodes-eutexa.

Credentials

The node authenticates with a workspace API key, sent as an X-Api-Key header.

  1. In Eutexa, go to Settings → Developer → API keys.
  2. Create a key and tick the scopes this workflow needs (see the table below). The key is shown once.
  3. In n8n, create an Eutexa API credential and paste the key.

Leave Base URL at https://api.eutexa.com unless you were given a different host.

Scopes

A key carries only the scopes you tick, and anything outside them is refused with a 403. Grant the least the workflow needs.

If you use Grant
Contact operations contacts:read, contacts:write
Company operations companies:read, companies:write
Opportunity operations opportunities:read, opportunities:write
Task operations tasks:read, tasks:write
Ticket operations tickets:read, tickets:write
Activity operations activities:read, activities:write
Product operations products:read, products:write
Invoice operations invoices:read
Meeting operations meetings:read
Sequence operations sequences:read, sequences:write
Form Submission operations forms:read
Email → Send email:send
Email → Get Many Replies email:read
AI operations ai:run
The Pipeline, Stage and Assigned To dropdowns metadata:read

The dropdowns are a convenience, not a dependency. Pipeline, stage and assignee are all optional, and Eutexa falls back to the default pipeline and its first stage, so a key without metadata:read still creates deals. Only the picker fails to load.

Operations

Contact

Create, Get, Get Many, Search (by exact email), Update.

Eutexa deduplicates on email and phone, and creating a contact counts against your plan's contact limit. Create needs either a first name or an email; with only an email a name is derived from it.

Company

Create, Get, Get Many, Search (by domain or exact name).

Opportunity

Create, Get, Get Many, Get Many Stage Changes.

Pipeline and stage are optional. Leave them empty and Eutexa uses the workspace's default pipeline and its first stage. Get Many Stage Changes reads each transition as its own record, so two moves in quick succession are both reported; polling a deal's updated time would collapse them into one.

Deal values are in whole currency units, not cents.

Task

Create, Get, Get Many, Update.

Set Status to Completed on Update to mark a task done.

Activity

Create, Get Many.

An activity is one entry on a contact, company or deal timeline. Create writes a note, call, meeting or email. The other types the CRM stores (stage changes, workflow actions, AI suggestions) are written by Eutexa itself and are readable but not creatable, so a workflow cannot put an event on a timeline that never happened.

Ticket

Create, Get, Get Many.

Product

Create, Get, Get Many, Search (by SKU or exact name).

Invoice

Get, Get Many. Read-only.

Totals are returned both as decimals (total) and as integer cents (totalCents).

Meeting

Get, Get Many. Read-only, because booking needs the availability logic that lives in Eutexa Schedule.

Sequence

Enroll Contact, Get Many.

Only active sequences accept enrollments. Eutexa refuses a second live enrollment for the same contact, so re-running a workflow will not double-send: the response says enrolled: false.

Form Submission

Get Many. Read-only, spam excluded.

Email

Send, Get Many Replies.

Sending goes through a mailbox connected in Eutexa and counts against your monthly send limit. With no From Account ID, the first mailbox connected by whoever created the API key is used. If the workspace has no connected mailbox the call fails with 422.

AI

Enrich Contact, Generate Email, Run Co-Pilot.

Each spends AI credits from the workspace pool, and the deduction happens before the work runs, so an out-of-credits call returns 402 instead of half-completing:

Operation Cost
Generate Email 2 credits
Enrich Contact 5 credits (nothing for a cached result, or when the search finds nothing)
Run Co-Pilot 5 credits

Contact research is cached for 30 days so repeated runs read the same facts rather than rediscovering different ones. Refresh overrides the cache.

Return All and Limit

Every Get Many offers Return All. Eutexa serves at most 100 records per page, so Return All pages through until a short page ends the list. With Return All off, Limit caps the result at 100.

Where records say they came from

Contacts and opportunities this node creates are stamped source: n8n, so you can tell them apart from records created in the app or by another integration.

Trigger events

The Eutexa Trigger node polls on the schedule you set. n8n stores the timestamp of the newest record it reported and asks only for what is newer, so nothing is delivered twice.

Event Fires when
Activity Logged A note, call, meeting or email is added to a timeline (filterable by type)
Company Created A company is added
Contact Created A contact is added
Contact Updated A contact changes, and again on every later change
Email Reply Received Someone replies to email sent from Eutexa
Form Submitted A form is submitted (spam excluded)
Invoice Created An invoice is raised
Lead Became Hot A contact reaches your lead score threshold
Meeting Booked A meeting is booked through Eutexa Schedule
Opportunity Created A deal is opened
Opportunity Lost A deal is marked lost
Opportunity Stage Changed A deal moves stage, and every move fires, not just the latest
Opportunity Won A deal is marked won
Product Created A product is added to the catalog
Task Completed A task is marked done
Task Created A task is created
Ticket Created A support ticket is raised

Two things worth knowing:

  • Activating a trigger does not replay history. The first poll starts the clock; only records created afterwards fire it.
  • One poll reports at most 2,000 new records. That is twenty pages of 100, and it only matters during a bulk import: if more than 2,000 records land between two polls, the trigger reports the most recent 2,000 and moves on.

Testing the trigger in the editor fetches the single most recent matching record so you can map its fields. It does not move the cursor, so activating the workflow afterwards will not skip anything.

Example workflows

Route a hot lead to Slack
Eutexa Trigger (Lead Became Hot, minimum score 80) → Slack (Send Message), posting {{ $json.fullName }} and {{ $json.leadScore }}.

Turn a form submission into a deal
Eutexa Trigger (Form Submitted) → Eutexa (Contact → Search by email) → If the search returned nothing → Eutexa (Contact → Create) → Eutexa (Opportunity → Create) with the new contact's ID.

Draft a follow-up after a won deal
Eutexa Trigger (Opportunity Won) → Eutexa (AI → Generate Email) with a purpose of "thank them and ask for an intro" → Eutexa (Email → Send).

Sync closed deals to a spreadsheet
Schedule Trigger → Eutexa (Opportunity → Get Many, Return All, filter Status = Won) → Google Sheets (Append).

Let an AI Agent work the CRM
The Eutexa node can be attached to an n8n AI Agent as a tool, giving the agent every operation above. If you would rather the agent talk to Eutexa over MCP instead, point n8n's MCP Client Tool node at https://api.eutexa.com/mcp.

Compatibility

Tested against n8n 1.x. Requires Node.js 20.15 or newer, which is n8n's own baseline.

The node targets Eutexa's public API v1. That surface is versioned and its field names are stable; new fields are added, existing ones are not renamed or removed.

Not available through this node

The public API has no endpoint for these, so the node has none either:

  • Deleting or archiving a record.
  • Updating a company or an opportunity. Only contacts and tasks have an update endpoint, so a deal cannot be moved between stages or marked won or lost from n8n.
  • Reading or writing Eutexa's own workflows and automations.
  • Setting an assignee on anything other than a task.

Development

npm install
npm run dev # opens a local n8n with this node linked
npm run lint
npm run build
npm test # runs against dist/, so build first

Releases go out through GitHub Actions with an npm provenance statement, which n8n requires for verified nodes. npm run release bumps the version, tags and pushes; the tag triggers .github/workflows/publish.yml.
