Overview

Integrates n8n with Exotel and Ameyo, platforms for customer communication and contact center management. This package provides nodes for creating campaigns, making calls, managing contacts, sending SMS, and retrieving call logs, helping teams automate customer outreach and workflow tracking.

Nodes & Operations

Exotel Create List (v2)

Creates one or more lists within Exotel to organize contacts and campaigns.

Exotel Add Contacts via CSV (v2)

Bulk-adds contacts to an Exotel list by uploading a CSV file.

Exotel Create Call Campaign

Sets up new voice call campaigns in Exotel with configurable parameters.

Exotel Get Call Details of Campaign

Retrieves detailed call logs for a specific Exotel campaign, with filtering options.

Exotel Make Call to Flow

Initiates an outgoing call that connects a number to a defined call flow URL.

Exotel Get a Call Detail

Fetches detailed information for a single Exotel call using its Call SID.

Exotel Get Bulk Call Details

Pulls filtered lists of bulk call details from Exotel based on various criteria.

• Default · Default — Retrieve a filtered list of bulk call details from the Exotel API using optional parameters for caller number, recipient number, call status, date range, and page size.

Exotel Send SMS

Sends SMS messages via the Exotel API with extensive configuration options.

• Default · Default — Send an SMS message using the Exotel API by specifying sender, recipient, message content, and optional parameters such as encoding, priority, DLT information, status callback URL, and a custom tracking field.

Ameyo Upload Contacts

Uploads a contacts CSV to the Ameyo Contact Center for import or updates.

• Default · Default — Upload a contacts CSV file to the Ameyo Contact Center by specifying connection details, list IDs, user ID, and import options to create or update contacts accordingly.

Ameyo Create Contact

Creates a new contact in Ameyo and adds a callback entry for a specific campaign.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-exotel. See the n8n community nodes installation guide.
