Making a Release
This project uses automated releases via GitHub Actions. To create a new release:
Using the release script (recommended):
# For a patch release (0.1.0 -> 0.1.1) ./scripts/release.sh patch # For a minor release (0.1.0 -> 0.2.0) ./scripts/release.sh minor # For a major release (0.1.0 -> 1.0.0) ./scripts/release.sh major
Manual process:
# Bump version in package.json npm version patch # or minor/major # Push the tag git push origin master git push origin v<new-version>
The GitHub Actions workflow will automatically:
- Build and test the package
- Create a GitHub release with changelog
- Publish to npm

- NPM_TOKEN: Your npm authentication token
- Go to https://www.npmjs.com/settings/tokens
