Summary

Create or update a candidate record in Supabase from mapped intake fields. Match candidates by email, phone, or name plus location; enrich existing records only with missing values, and create a submission when a live posting group matches the supplied campaign IDs.

Inputs

  • First Name and Last Name (required) — Map candidate name fields; both may not be empty. Names are cleaned and combined for storage.
  • Email — Candidate email; stored trimmed and lowercase and used for duplicate matching.
  • Phone — Candidate phone; normalized to an international format and used for duplicate matching.
  • City and Postal Code — Candidate location fields, used with the name for duplicate matching when email and phone do not match.
  • Pay — Mapped to the candidate's desired salary.
  • Experience — Mapped to the candidate's work experience.
  • Qualifications — Mapped to additional qualifications; separate multiple entries with semicolons.
  • Situation — Mapped to the candidate's current situation.
  • Meta Campaign ID and Meta Adset ID — Used to look up a live posting group and resolve the related job title.
  • Perspective Funnel ID — Used to resolve a job title and stored as the candidate's funnel ID.
  • Source — Stored as the candidate source; defaults to "meta_ads" when empty.
  • Job — Job title text used as a fallback for job-title matching.
  • Resume Source URL — If provided and the candidate has no resume URL, downloads the file (up to 15 MB), uploads it to the public Supabase "resumes" bucket, and stores its public URL. Upload failures are reported in the output.
  • Education Completed — When true, sets education status to "completed" for a new candidate or when the existing status is empty; false leaves it unchanged.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing a candidate and intake summary.

Includes candidate_id, candidate_created, deduped, posting_group_id, submission_id, submission_created, job_title_id, job_title_match_via, resume_uploaded, resume_url, and resume_error. If processing fails and Continue On Fail is enabled, the item instead contains an error and the mapped inputs; otherwise execution throws. Requires Supabase credentials.
