Documentation

n8n-nodes-flowsery

n8n community node for Flowsery. Read traffic, revenue and AI-detected issues from a workflow, record goals and payments, and start workflows when Flowsery finds a new issue in session recordings.

n8n is a fair-code licensed workflow automation platform.

Installation

Follow the installation guide in the n8n community nodes documentation. The package name is n8n-nodes-flowsery.

Nodes

Resource Operations
Analytics Get Overview, Get Timeseries, Get Realtime Visitors, Get Breakdown (25 dimensions: page, referrer, country, device, UTM and so on)
Issue Get Many, Get, Update Status
Goal Get Many, Track
Payment Track
Visitor Get
Website Get Many

Every operation takes a Website (loaded from your workspace). It is required with a workspace token and can be left empty with a single-website key. Reads also take Start Date, End Date and Timezone; dates default to the last 30 days. Limit accepts 1 to 1000. Get Breakdown, Get Overview, Get Timeseries and Goal Get Many also take Filters, one per filter_* parameter of the API (country, region, city, device, browser, OS, referrer, ref, source, via, the five UTM parameters, page, hostname, entry page, channel and goal). Values match the breakdown rows: full region names such as California, device as Desktop, Mobile or Tablet, and referrer source names such as Google. Track Goal and Track Payment accept a Visitor UID or Session UID so the event lands on the right visitor timeline.

Track Payment sends Currency only when you fill it in; without it the payment is stored as USD, not in the website currency. Give each payment its own Transaction Reference: a repeated one is rejected with a 409, not deduplicated. Goal metadata holds at most 10 properties.

Flowsery Trigger

Polls for new open issues and fires once per issue. Filter by website and severity. The first poll after activation only records what already exists, so old issues do not flood the workflow. On a free trial the API lists only the first 10 issues, so the trigger stops firing once those exist.

Credentials

Either a workspace token from flowsery.com/api-tokens (starts with flow_ws_, reaches every website in the workspace, so nodes take a Website field) or a single-website key from Settings > API (starts with flow_, no website needed). n8n tests the credential with GET /websites.

A token can stop working after you save it. A 401 with token_issuer_lost_access means the member who created it left the workspace or was deactivated; create a new token. A 403 with subscription_required means the workspace plan no longer includes API access. A 403 with Upgrade to view this issue means the issue is past the free trial's first 10.

Compatibility

Tested with n8n 1.100 and later.
