n8n-nodes-framejet

An n8n community node for Framejet, a website screenshot API.

Operations

• Capture Screenshot: captures a page and returns the image as binary data (data by default). Cookie banners and chat widgets are removed by default; failed captures don't use credits.
• Create Signed URL: builds a https://framejet.dev/v1/take?...&sig=... URL that works in <img src>, a CMS or a spreadsheet without exposing the API key. Nothing is captured when the URL is created; the first load spends one screenshot and later loads are cached.
• Verify API Key: checks the key through /v1/me without spending a screenshot.

Options: format, full page, width, height, device pixel ratio, cookie-banner removal, delay, cache, pre-capture actions (click:, type:, waitfor:, wait:, scroll:), and goal mode with its allowed values. For signed URLs you can also set an expiry.

Credentials

Create a free API key (200 screenshots a month, no card) at https://framejet.dev and paste it into the Framejet API credential. n8n tests it against /v1/me, which spends nothing.

In n8n: Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-framejet. See the community nodes installation guide.
