Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby Job Scraper
Apify actor directly inside your workflow — scrape job postings across 6 ATS
platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters, Personio) into one unified schema,
with descriptions, salary, seniority and remote-type included.

The actor runs on your own Apify account and usage — this node never embeds anyone else's token.

Installation

1. In n8n, go to Settings → Community Nodes → Install.
2. Enter the package name n8n-nodes-greenhouse-lever-ashby-job-scraper and confirm.
3. Get a free Apify API token at
   console.apify.com → Settings → Integrations.

Usage

1. Add the Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby Job Scraper node to your workflow.
2. In the node's Credentials, add your Apify API token (or connect via OAuth2).
3. Fill in the actor's input fields (ATS career-page URLs, limits, etc. — the node surfaces them as a form).
4. Run the workflow. The node returns the scraped job postings as structured items you can pass to any
   downstream node (Google Sheets, a database, an AI agent, …).

To run it on a schedule, put a Schedule Trigger in front of the node.
