A specialized, feature-rich n8n Community Node for tracking, fetching, and processing emails from multiple IMAP accounts simultaneously in a single node execution, featuring custom Safety & Privacy Regex Filters.

🌟 Key Features

  • Multi-Account Credential Management: Configure N email accounts (User, App Password, Host, Port, SSL/TLS) directly inside a single node UI—completely bypassing n8n's 1-credential-per-node restriction!
  • Safety & Privacy Regex Filtering: Define custom Regex rules (e.g., invoice|receipt|payment|order) under Options to process matching emails while automatically skipping and protecting sensitive emails (OTPs, security alerts, personal messages).
  • Post-Fetch Automated Actions:
    • Mark as Read (Adds \Seen flag)
    • Mark as Unread (Removes \Seen flag)
    • Delete (Adds \Deleted flag)
    • None (Preserves flags)
  • Binary Attachment Processing: Download and encode email attachments with configurable property prefix names (attachment_0, attachment_1).
  • Flexible Output Formats: Choose between Simple (parsed fields), Raw (MIME source), or Resolved (full object tree).
