Troubleshooting

• Ensure that the Access Token and Instagram User ID are correctly configured in the credentials; missing or invalid tokens will cause credential tests to fail.
• Verify that the token has the necessary permissions such as instagram_business_basic and instagram_business_manage_messages to access conversations API.
• Make sure the webhook verify token is set in the credentials before configuring the webhook URL in the Meta for Developers portal.
• Activate the workflow to generate the webhook URL; without an active workflow, the webhook URL will not be available.
• If API calls fail, check the error messages returned by the Instagram Graph API for details on missing permissions or invalid tokens.
