Credentials

Jupiter API

Solana Hot Wallet

  • Private Key (Base58) — dedicated trading hot wallet only
  • RPC URL (optional) — for balance helpers (default public mainnet)

Never reuse an old shared wallet. Never commit keys.

Operations (dropdown)

Operation Behavior
Quote GET /order with no taker: pricing only. Never reads the wallet credential, never signs or sends
Execute Swap /order (with taker) → sign locally → POST /execute — LIVE, moves funds
Get Wallet Address Public key of the configured wallet
Get SOL Balance Native SOL via RPC
Get Token Balance SPL balance for one mint (Token Program + Token-2022) via RPC. Read-only
Get All Token Balances Non-zero SPL token accounts in the hot wallet (Token + Token-2022). Read-only

Token balance fields

  • mintAddress (Get Token Balance) — mint address to query

Swap fields

  • inputMint / outputMint — token mint addresses
  • amount — smallest units of input (lamports for SOL)
  • slippageBps — optional integer 0–10000; leave empty for Jupiter RTSE / ultra defaults
  • maxAmount (Execute only) — optional hard cap in smallest units; recommended when used as an AI tool

Use as an MCP / AI tool

  1. Set N8N_COMMUNITY_PACKAGES_ALLOW_TOOL_USAGE=true on the n8n instance (required for community nodes to be used as tools) and restart.
  2. Create a workflow with an MCP Server Trigger and connect Solana Jupiter to its tools input (one node per operation, e.g. a Quote tool and an Execute tool with maxAmount set).
  3. Point your MCP client at the trigger's production URL (add auth on the trigger).

Safety

  1. Amounts, mints and slippage are validated before any request; credentials and RPC URL are never returned in output; Execute refuses to sign a transaction that does not list the configured wallet as a required signer
  2. Smoke-test Quote first
  3. Confirm wallet address + tiny balances before any Execute
  4. Keep private keys in n8n Credentials only
  5. Separate from any legacy JupiterAPI wallet
