n8n-nodes-looktwice

This is an official n8n community node for LookTwice — the developer-first data validation and compliance API.

Validate EU VAT numbers (with VIES 503 outage tolerance), screen product catalogs against 9,500+ official CPSC product safety recalls, detect disposable/burner emails, and verify IBANs directly in your visual n8n workflows.

⚡ Installation

Follow the n8n Community Nodes installation guide:

  1. Go to Settings > Community Nodes in your n8n instance.
  2. Select Install.
  3. Enter n8n-nodes-looktwice in the npm Package Name field.
  4. Agree to the risks of community nodes and click Install.

🔑 Credentials Setup

  1. Create a LookTwice account at looktwice.dev (free accounts receive 100 API credits/month, no credit card required).
  2. Generate an API Key in your LookTwice Dashboard (ltk_live_...).
  3. In n8n, add a new credential of type LookTwice API and paste your API Key.

EU VAT Number (VIES) Validate VAT Query European Commission VIES with official Consultation Identifier and zero-cost 503 outage fallback.
CPSC Product Recall Screen Recall Candidates Match SKU titles, brands, models, and UPCs against 9,500+ CPSC recalls & safety warnings.
Email Address Screen Email Detect disposable domains, syntax validity, MX records, and role accounts (e.g. support@).
IBAN Validate IBAN ISO 7064 MOD-97 mathematical checksum and SWIFT 102 country registry length validation.
Domain Validate Domain Check DNS resolution and active TLS/SSL certificates.
