Overview

Integrates with the MarketSharp home improvement CRM to automate workflows. Designed for n8n users needing to sync or update leads, contacts, and jobs, this package provides nodes for querying records, submitting new leads, and triggering workflows based on changes.

MarketSharp

Provides operations to retrieve specific records by ID (contacts, addresses, inquiries, jobs, lead sources) and submit new leads via the Lead Capture handler.

• Default · Get Contact By ID — Fetches one MarketSharp Contact by its ID using an OData filter query. Use the required Contact ID GUID from a trigger output or an Inquiry or Job’s contactId field.
• Default · Get Contact Phone By Contact ID — Fetches the ContactPhone record associated with a MarketSharp contact ID. Use the contact’s GUID, such as one from Get Contact By ID, to look up its phone record.
• Default · Get Address By ID — Fetches one MarketSharp Address matching the supplied Address ID, using an OData filter query. Use a Contact’s primaryAddressId as the ID; if no address matches, the operation returns a { "found": false, "id": "…" } object.
• Default · Get Inquiry By ID — Fetches one MarketSharp Inquiry matching the supplied ID. Enter an Inquiry GUID directly or map it from an Inquiry trigger or an Appointment’s inquiryId field.
• Default · Get Job By ID — Fetches one MarketSharp Job using the supplied Job ID. Returns the matching job record, or a { "found": false, "id": "…" } object if no job matches.
• Default · Get Primary Lead Source By ID — Fetches the primary lead source matching a required ID from MarketSharp’s InquirySourcePrimaries lookup set. Use an Inquiry’s inquirySourcePrimaryId as the ID; the node compares GUIDs case-insensitively.
• Default · Get Secondary Lead Source By ID — Fetches the matching secondary lead source from MarketSharp’s InquirySourceSecondaries lookup table using its ID. Enter the ID directly or map it from an Inquiry’s inquirySourceSecondaryId field.
• Default · Get Jobs By Inquiry ID — Fetches every MarketSharp Job whose inquiryId matches the supplied Inquiry ID. Returns one n8n output item per matching job.
• Default · Get Contract By Job ID — Fetches every MarketSharp Contract whose jobId matches the supplied Job ID. Use a Job ID from Get Jobs By Inquiry ID; the returned contract records include fields such as totalContract for the signed contract value.
• Default · Submit Lead Capture — Submits each incoming lead to MarketSharp’s public Lead Capture handler as a URL-encoded form. Uses the Company ID (Coy) from the MarketSharp credential and the configured Source GUID to identify the lead capture setup.
• Default · Get Metadata — Fetches the MarketSharp OData service’s raw $metadata XML for inspecting its available entity sets and fields. Uses the configured credential’s base URL, or the default MarketSharp API URL when none is set.

MarketSharp Trigger

Polls MarketSharp for new or updated Appointments, Inquiries, Jobs, or pipeline-status changes and emits matching records to start workflows.

• Default · Default — Polls MarketSharp for newly created or updated appointments, inquiries, or jobs, or inquiries with a pipeline status, and emits matching records. Choose a polling schedule and event; the trigger tracks a watermark so later polls fetch records after the last successful poll.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-marketsharp.
