n8n-nodes-mdflow
This is an n8n community node for MDflow — markdown
workspaces for humans and AI agents.
It adds two nodes:
- MDflow — actions on Documents, Folders, Workspaces, and Shares
(create, get, list, rename, move, update body, sharing, delete). - MDflow Trigger — starts workflows when a new document, folder, or
workspace appears (polling).
Installation
Follow the community nodes installation guide
and install n8n-nodes-mdflow.
Credentials
Create a Personal Access Token at https://mdflow.cz/settings
(Pro plan required) and paste it into an MDflow API credential in n8n.

Usage notes
Update Bodyreplaces the whole markdown body. To append,Getthe
document first and concatenate in an expression.- Document bodies are limited to 500 KiB; folder descriptions to 5000 chars.
- Duplicate titles/folder names are auto-suffixed by the server.
- The MDflow node is usable as a tool by n8n AI Agents. For free-form
agent access you can also connect the MDflow remote MCP server
(https://mdflow.cz/api/mcp) via n8n's MCP Client Tool node.
