Summary

Receives Mihu voice or text evaluation webhooks and emits a normalized evaluation record when a report is generated. Choose the event to subscribe to and optionally set a unique webhook path when using multiple Mihu triggers in one workflow.

Inputs

  • Event (required) — Select New Voice Evaluation (default) or New Text Evaluation. Mihu registers the workflow webhook for the selected event.
  • Webhook Path — Webhook URL path, defaulting to mihu-webhook. Change it to give multiple Mihu triggers in the same workflow distinct paths. Requires the mihuApi credential.

Output shape

One n8n item containing a JSON evaluation record.

The record includes available call/session identifiers, conversation and evaluation details, sentiment analysis, pipeline and appointment data, timestamp, and contact fields as contact_<field>. Missing known fields are set to null; contact_ fields omit account_domain, Authorization, and api_key. Webhook payloads whose event conflicts with the selected event are ignored, except conversation_end_report is accepted.
