Retrieve a list of products from the Otto Market API with control over API version, environment, and result count.

• Return All — Decide whether to fetch all available products or limit the number of results.

The returned JSON includes success status, API version, environment, and products array. If returning a limited number, it includes the requested limit, count of returned products, and a hasMore flag indicating if more products exist. Results are fetched via multiple requests if needed, with safety limits on paging.
