Oura V2

Connects to the Oura Ring v2 API to fetch daily activity, readiness, resilience, stress, rest mode, and personal information data for specified date ranges.

• Activity · Get — Fetch daily activity data from the Oura Ring v2 API over a specified date range
• Personal Info · Get — Retrieves personal information for the authenticated user from the Oura Ring API.
• Readiness · Get — Fetches daily readiness scores and contributor data from Oura’s v2 API for the selected date range.
• Resilience · Get — Fetches daily resilience scores and contributors from the Oura v2 API for the selected date range.
• Rest Mode · Get — Fetches Oura Ring rest mode periods for a date range from the Oura API. Set the optional start and end dates; each is sent as a YYYY-MM-DD query parameter.
• Stress · Get — Fetches daily stress data from the Oura API for the selected date range, returning the API response as workflow items.

Credentials

Requires OAuth2 authentication with your Oura Ring account.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-oura-v2.
