An n8n community node that searches PropertyGuru Singapore property listings and returns structured data. It is backed by the PropertyGuru Singapore Scraper on Apify and bills per event, so there are no subscriptions and no minimums.

What it does

Give the node a location or district, plus optional filters, and it returns one item per property listing with price, address, size, tenure, agent contact details, and more. Optionally enrich every result with full media (all photos, videos, floor plans) and complete agent contact details. It also works as an AI Agent tool, so an agent can answer questions like "what condos in Orchard are for sale under $2M?" on demand. Good for price tracking, rental market research, and listing feeds across HDB, condo, apartment, terrace, semi-detached, and landed properties.

  • Search by area name or precise postal district, for sale or for rent
  • Filter by property type, price range, and bedroom count
  • Optionally fetch full media and complete agent contact details
  • Choose how much data to return per result: Simplified, Raw, or Selected Fields

Installation

Follow the n8n community nodes installation guide:

  1. In n8n, open Settings > Community Nodes.
  2. Select Install.
  3. Enter n8n-nodes-propertyguru-sg-scraper as the npm package name.
  4. Agree to the risks of using community nodes, then select Install.

After it installs, the PropertyGuru Singapore Scraper node appears in the nodes panel.

n8n Cloud only allows verified community nodes. Until this node is verified, install it on a self-hosted n8n instance.

Credentials

You need a free Apify account and an API token.

  1. Sign in to the Apify Console.
  2. Open Settings > Integrations and copy your Personal API token.
  3. In n8n, create a new Apify API credential and paste the token.
  4. Use the credential's Test button to confirm it works.

The node also supports Apify OAuth2 if you prefer to connect that way.

Operations

Listing > Search returns property listings for a location or district, with optional filters.

Parameter Description
Location (Area Name) Singapore area/neighborhood name, e.g. Orchard, Woodlands, Tampines. Ignored when District is set. Leave empty (and no District) for all locations.
District Precise Singapore postal district (D01-D28). Overrides Location when set.
Listing Type sale or rent.
Property Type HDB, Condo, Apartment, Terrace, Semi-Detached, or Landed. Leave unset for all types.
Min Price (S$) Minimum listing price.
Max Price (S$) Maximum listing price.
Bedrooms Exact number of bedrooms. Leave empty for any.
Max Items Maximum number of listings to scrape. 0 = unlimited.
Include Full Media & Contacts Fetch all photos, videos, floor plans and full agent contact details per listing. Off by default for speed; each enriched listing requires an extra request.

Output

Each listing is returned as its own n8n item. The Output parameter lets you choose how much to return:

  • Simplified (default): title, price, pricePretty, district, beds, baths, floorAreaText, listingUrl. This mode is also used automatically when the node runs as an AI Agent tool, to keep responses small.
  • Raw: every field the API returns for each listing, using the original field names below.
  • Selected Fields: pick exactly which fields to include.

Example workflows

1. Track new listings in a district under a price ceiling

  1. Schedule Trigger (daily).
  2. PropertyGuru Singapore Scraper: District D09, Listing Type sale, Max Price 2000000.
  3. Filter: flag listings not seen before, then notify by email.

2. Build a rental price-comparison feed for a neighborhood

  1. PropertyGuru Singapore Scraper: Location Tampines, Listing Type rent, Max Items 200.
  2. Postgres: upsert id, price, beds, floorAreaText, listingUrl per listing.

3. Let an AI Agent answer property questions

  1. AI Agent node.
  2. Attach PropertyGuru Singapore Scraper as a tool.
  3. Ask "What condos in Orchard are for sale under $2M?" The agent calls the node (in Simplified mode) and returns matching listings.
