Summary

Polls the QUiCK API at configured intervals to detect specified new or updated financial events such as expenses, incomes, or documents, emitting the matching items since the last poll.

Inputs

• Event (required) — Type of event to monitor, e.g., new expenses, updated expenses, new documents, soon due incomes, with several predefined options.
• Additional Filters — Optional filtering parameters specific to the event, including whether to include only items with attached files, filter by partner name substring, or filter by comma-separated tag IDs.
• Poll Times — Times or intervals at which the node should poll the API, configurable as fixed cron-like schedules, such as every minute, hour, day, week, or custom cron expressions.

Output shape

a list of new or updated financial event records from the QUiCK API matching the selected event and filters since the last poll

Each poll fetches the relevant items, filtering out those seen previously by tracking the highest item ID seen. Emits null if no new items are found. Polling respects pagination limits of the API.

Examples

Example 1: Monitor new expenses as they arrive to automate accounting workflows

Select 'Expense — New' as Event, optionally add filters by partner or tags, and configure Poll Times to trigger checking every minute or day.
