This node centralizes operations including case updates, assignments, notifications, classification, security event handling, and report management to streamline incident response workflows.

• Case · Add Comment — Add a comment to an existing case in the RedCarbon platform by specifying the case ID, the comment text, and the author.
• Case · Add Note — Add a note to an existing case in the RedCarbon platform.
• Case · Assign — Assign a RedCarbon case to a specific user by providing the case's unique ID and the assignee's identifier.
• Case · Close — Close a case in the RedCarbon platform by providing the case ID, mandatory closing notes, and optional parameters for final classification, category, and the user who closes the case.
• Case · Get — Retrieve detailed information about a specific case by its unique Case ID from the RedCarbon platform.
• Case · Get by Security Event ID — Retrieve a case from the RedCarbon platform by providing the associated security event ID.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-redcarbon.
