Summary

Receive external HTTP requests from RoiChat via a configurable webhook and trigger the workflow with the request data.

Inputs

• HTTP Method (required) — Select the HTTP method (e.g., POST, GET) that the webhook will listen for.
• Path (required) — Specify the URL path where the webhook listens for incoming requests.
• Authentication (required) — Choose the authentication method; currently only 'None' is supported.
• Respond (required) — Define when to respond to the incoming HTTP request: immediately, after workflow finishes, or using a Respond to Webhook node.
• Response Code — Set the HTTP status code of the response, applicable when responding immediately or after workflow completion.
• Response Data — Select the type of data to return in the response when responding after workflow completion (e.g., first entry JSON, all entries, binary, or no data).
• Binary Property — If returning binary data, specify the binary property name to send.
• Response Headers — Add custom HTTP headers to include in the response.

Output shape

A single webhook trigger output with the request data formatted as JSON object containing body, headers, and query parameters.

The operation triggers on receiving HTTP requests matching the configured method and path. Response timing and content depend on the chosen 'Respond' mode. Custom response headers and status code can be set. The output data includes parsed body, headers, and query parameters of the incoming request.
