Sage Business Cloud

Provides access to Sage Business Cloud Accounting via its API, enabling the creation, retrieval, updating, and deletion of contacts and sales invoices.

• Contact · Create — Creates a Sage Business Cloud contact for each input item by sending its required name and any configured additional fields to the contacts API. Returns the created contact record for each item.
• Contact · Delete — Deletes the Sage contact identified by Contact ID. Runs once for each incoming item and returns a success record with the deleted contact’s ID after the API request succeeds.
• Contact · Get — Fetches a Sage Business Cloud contact by its Contact ID using the authenticated Sage API. Returns the contact record for each input item.
• Contact · Get All — Lists Sage Business Cloud contacts, optionally filtered by search text and contact type. Set Return All to fetch every matching contact, or leave it off to return up to the configured Limit (default 50).
• Contact · Update — Updates a Sage Business Cloud contact using its ID and any supplied additional fields. For each input item, sends a PUT request and returns Sage’s response for that contact.
• Sales Invoice · Create — Creates a Sage sales invoice for a customer, with one or more invoice lines and optional invoice details. Sends a POST request to Sage Business Cloud Accounting for each input item and returns the API response.
• Sales Invoice · Get — Fetches a Sage Business Cloud sales invoice by its required Invoice ID using the authenticated Sage API. Returns the invoice record for each input item; it does not change the invoice.
• Sales Invoice · Get All — Retrieve sales invoices from Sage Business Cloud, optionally filtering by status, contact ID, and date range. Return either the requested page size or all matching invoices across pages.
• Sales Invoice · Void — Voids a Sage Business Cloud sales invoice by ID, calling the invoice void endpoint for each input item. Requires Sage Business Cloud OAuth2 credentials.

Credentials

Requires Sage Business Cloud OAuth2 credentials to authenticate API requests.

Installation

Install as an n8n community node: in n8n, open Settings → Community nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-sage.
