Community node for n8n to interact with Seerr — the free and open-source media request manager (the independent successor to Overseerr / Jellyseerr). It drives Seerr's v1 API from your n8n workflows using a secure stored credential.

Installation

Go to Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter n8n-nodes-seerr.

Credentials

Field Description
Base URL Base URL of the Seerr instance, e.g. http://seerr:5055. No trailing slash.
API Key Seerr API key (Settings → General → API Key). Sent as the X-Api-Key header.

Usage example

List pending requests: Resource Request → Operation Get Many → add a filter Filter = pending.

Request a movie: Resource Request → Operation Create → Media Type Movie, Media ID (TMDB) 27205. Sample output:

Compatibility

Seerr shares its /api/v1 surface with Overseerr and Jellyseerr, so this node also works against those instances — but use the dedicated n8n-nodes-overseerr / n8n-nodes-jellyseerr packages where appropriate.
