Summary

Generate a cryptographically signed AI Decision Receipt by providing details about the AI agent, workflow, action taken, and decision output, along with optional metadata fields.

Inputs

  • Agent Name (required) — Display name of the AI agent that made the decision.
  • Workflow Name (required) — Name of the n8n workflow in which the decision was made.
  • Action Taken (required) — Short description of the action the AI agent took.
  • Decision Output (required) — The AI agent's output or result (JSON or plain text). Only its SHA-256 hash is stored unless raw retention is enabled.
  • Additional Fields — Optional collection including AI model details, decision type, risk level, human review status, permissions, policies, tags, input prompt hash, boundary disclosure schema and domains evaluated/excluded, and whether to include raw decision in metadata.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the created Decision Receipt

The output contains the API response with the signed receipt details. If configured to include raw decision in metadata, the raw decision text is stored; otherwise, only hashes are stored. Errors return an error message JSON. Supports processing multiple input items individually.
