Summary

Triggers the workflow based on specified Simla chat events.

Inputs

• event (required) — Select the event that triggers the workflow (options: customer_message, user_message, dialog_assigned, dialog_closed).
• byAssign — Execute the workflow only if the dialog is assigned to the bot.

Output shape

a list of items containing the event data

Returns the data from the triggered event; webhook response only when the specified event occurs.
