Inputs

  • Event (required) — Select New AI Chat Response, New Automated Transcription (default), New Captions, New Recording Captured, or New Sentiment Analysis.
  • Caption Format — For New Captions, choose SRT (default) or VTT for the exported caption file.

Output shape

A single item containing JSON data.

Uses the webhook's mediaId for transcript, sentiment, caption, and recording lookups. AI Chat responses are matched by messageId or promptId in recent history, with webhook fields used if no match is found. If lookup data is unavailable, returns the webhook body. The output includes an id derived from deliveryId, mediaId, or messageId.
