Installation

In n8n, go to Settings → Community Nodes → Install and enter:

Or install it manually in your n8n custom folder:

Credentials

Create an API key in TeamHub under Profile → API Keys, then add a TeamHub API credential:

Email / Password no Only needed for the few endpoints that require a browser session (see below). The node signs in automatically and reuses the cookie for the whole execution.

Options

Available on every operation:

  • Split Lists Into Items — output one n8n item per record instead of a single item holding the whole response. Off by default so existing workflows keep their shape.
  • Ignore SSL Issues — for self-hosted instances with a self-signed certificate.

Notes

  • Assistant runs. The /api/assistant endpoint streams newline-delimited JSON, but the server usually closes the connection before the agent has finished. The Ask, Reattach and Respond to Permission operations therefore keep following the run through its replay endpoint until it completes (Wait for Completion, on by default). The output carries runId, status, the assembled text and the full events array.
  • Session-only endpoints. GET /api/admin/users is rejected for API-key requests. Fill in email and password on the credential to use it.
  • Tax categories are a server-side enum. Confirmed income values are REVENUE_PRODUCT, REVENUE_SERVICE and REVENUE_OTHER; an unknown value makes the API answer 500.
  • Deletes are archives. Every Delete operation archives the record rather than removing it permanently.

Tested against n8n 1.8x with n8n-workflow 1.82. Requires Node.js 18.10 or newer.
