AI-generatedSummary
Send a Telegram message to a chat as text, with one media file, or as a media group. The node uses the configured Bot Token for each input item and returns the Telegram API response for each send.
Inputs
- Bot Token (required) — Telegram bot token; defaults to the current item's
access_tokenortokenfield. - Chat ID (required) — Target chat ID or channel username, such as
@channel. - Message Content — Choose text, a single media item, or a media group; defaults to text.
- Text — Text to send when Message Content is Text only.
- Reply Markup (buttons) — JSON reply markup, such as an inline keyboard. Invalid JSON strings are ignored.
- Entities (formatting) — Array of Telegram message entities for text formatting; used with text messages.
- Media Type — For a single media send, choose photo, document, audio, video, or voice.
- Media — For a single media send, a file ID or URL; required for that content type.
- Caption — Optional caption for a single media item.
- Caption Entities — Optional entity array formatting a single media caption.
- Media Items — For a media group, add items with a type (photo, document, audio, or video), file ID or URL, and optional per-item caption. The implementation accepts up to 10 items and errors if the list is empty.
- Caption (for album) — Optional album caption; applied to the first photo, or to the first document when that item has no caption.
- Caption Entities (album) — Optional entity array for the album caption; applied when the first item is a photo.
Output shape
One output item per input item, with JSON containing the Telegram API result.
Text and single-media sends return a message object. A media-group send returns an object with a
messagesarray. If Continue On Fail is enabled, an item that errors returns{ "error": "..." }instead.
